Shipping Policy

We currently ship to addresses within India only. Please enter a complete, accurate delivery address and a reachable phone number at checkout — we are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect address.

Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 2 to 4 business days of a successful payment. You will receive an email confirmation when you order, and a second email with courier and tracking details once your order ships.

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 4 to 8 business days depending on your location and the courier. An estimated delivery date is shown under Shop → Orders in the app once your order ships. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Any delivery charge is shown clearly at checkout before you pay. Where a free-shipping threshold applies, it is shown in your cart.

You can track every order under Shop → Orders in the app. When we ship, we include a tracking number and, where available, a tracking link from the courier.

Couriers occasionally face delays outside our control (weather, regional disruptions, peak load). If your order is significantly late or arrives damaged, write to breakitthru@gmail.com with your order number and we will help.
